《国土安全》（Homeland）里的Carrie和Peter Quinn。这一对简直是看过的美剧里面最揪心最传奇的一对了。Quinn从男配做起，成功上位做到男主，和女主有说不清道不明的情感纠葛，最后还被编剧虐成狗。
《国土安全》是一部屡获金球奖、艾美奖肯定的优质间谍类美剧。
在第二季Peter Quinn以一个帅气、神秘，从事黑色行动的特种兵形象出现，他从小就被当做杀手来训练。而女主Carrie则是一个在工作、家庭与爱情间不断纠结的情报官员。
Quinn深爱着女主甚至，为她赴汤蹈火，却因为各种因缘际会始终没能得到最终想要的爱情。甚至在Carrie把工作与任务放在首位，导致自己病态、残疾的情况之下仍旧深爱着她。
这样一位内心有着裂痕的有情有义的孤单英雄实在是完美满足了观众对一个男人的所有幻想。
最令人动容的是，在最后，当Quinn为了保护女主和总统而牺牲，Carrie在整理男主的遗物时，Quinn在书里夹了一张Carrie微笑的照片，配合上他给Carrie书写的遗信，让人潸然泪下。
